Mr. Craig possesses an in-depth knowledge of real estate valuation methods and financial analysis gained from both education and experience. He joined Archangel Capital Partners at its inception in 2009 to take on the responsibilities of financial feasibility analysis, capital structuring, investor relations, bank coordination, deal book production and incentive implementation. Prior to Archangel, Mr. Craig worked closely with Mr. Geer at Crossfire Development and INCAP Fund, where he designed intricate financial models for project analysis.

He worked on a team responsible for managing a portfolio of real property valued at more than $80 million and was charged with the deployment of institutional and private fund capital to achieve land acquisition, demolition and development projects as well as disposition of assets in a timely fashion to maximize financial return to investors. Mr. Craig began his career at MPH Productions, where he provided assessments needed for the valuation and negotiation of terms for mineral rights acquisitions.

Mr. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the National Investment Center, the Assisted Living Federation of America and the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals.
