Mr. Belske joined the staff of Archangel Capital Partners after completing his undergraduate degree and an internship with CB Richard Ellis Company in Dallas. At Archangel, Mr. Belske is responsible for obtaining initial market studies and crucial feasibility research on prospective acquisitions and new development projects. He develops demographic profiles, quantifies potential demand and runs competitive analyses to establish an initial feasibility as part of a thorough due diligence process.

During his internship, Mr. Belske worked closely with renowned real estate professional Phil Puckett, learning how to execute market studies and how to establish and maintain productive client relationships. He also gained invaluable insights into proprietary internal software tools used for tracking market conditions and current leasing inventories.

Mr. Belske earned a Bachelor of Markets and Culture from the Dedman School at Southern Methodist University. He also holds a license from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
