Mr. Geer formed Archangel Capital Partners in 2009 to provide professional services focused on the development of senior living communities. He brings more than 28 years experience in public accounting, business development, capital creation, commercial property development, construction management and property management to the endeavor.
Early in his career Mr. Geer worked for Trammell Crow, where he oversaw the construction of new developments and managed a real estate portfolio valued at $500 million, which generated more than $150 million in annual revenue. While at Silverstone Development, Mr. Geer secured capital for vertical construction from lenders and investors to create joint venture developments and build senior living, long-term care retirement communities exceeding $350 million in value for owners such as Lend Lease, Assisted Living Concepts and Telesis. As an affiliate company to Silverstone Development, Mr. Geer founded Crossfire Development as a land-only venture in 1996.
Through growth and positioning, Crossfire later merged with INCAP Fund, where Mr. Geer continued to focus on redevelopment opportunities and eventually closed a $250 million venture program with JPMorgan. Upon reaching conclusion of the JPMorgan program in 2008, Mr. Geer created Archangel Capital Partners to focus on senior living, long-term care acquisitions and development.
Mr. Geer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He holds current licenses from the Texas Real Estate Commission, the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
