Mr. Andersen brings extensive management and organizational skills to his role as Director of Real Estate. He joined Archangel at its inception in 2009 and is responsible for due diligence and coordination of horizontal development, including architectural review and contractor supervision. He oversees the entitlement process, including title and environmental reviews. Mr. Andersen began his professional career in real estate as an asset manager at Crossfire Development, which later merged with INCAP Fund, where he gained experience in infill development.

During his tenure with INCAP, he was instrumental in closing and managing a $67 million acquisition encompassing a 310-acre land portfolio that included retail and multi- and single-family residential units. At INCAP, Mr. Andersen oversaw the negotiations and due diligence of approximately $80 million of property acquisitions.

Mr. Andersen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Andersen also maintains a license from the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Young Leaders - Urban Land Institute.
